		<description>Thanks for the simple and timely reminder.  
Point three is essential for me.  My minimum standard is 10mins of exercises that stretch and use my own body weight EVERY morning - no exception.  The beauty of this is that this set can be done anywhere.  
I make it more fun by learning a foreign language on the iPod at the same time.  It&#039;s only ten minutes but completely reboots the brain, gets the blood flowing and reconnects you to the bigger picture.
