Looks terrific Jim especially with the new premium features. As you are a user I was wondering is it possible to have unlimited conferences and unlimited participants in the conferences? Also is it useful even if you are doing a call with one other so you can record and have access to the recording afterwards? What is support like? I would like to see some faq's perhaps on the site and a contact for support but I can't seem to find those. Are they all available 'on the other side'?

@JpMaxMan I did a post on HiDef Conferencing three weeks ago; have followed both them and iotum for at least a couple of years. Each has its own user experience and advantages; in the end it's a matter of what satisfies an individual user's needs best. I can only suggest that users try both. They are the leading products for voice conferencing beyond simply connecting voice lines.
