		<description>I&#039;ve been using Stretchware to remind me to do neck, back and shoulder stretches every hour. It helps and it&#039;s affordable. There is a 30-day (I think) free download trial, and so far I&#039;m convinced it helps enough to buy it.</description>

		<description>I found doing 20-30 minutes on the treadmill after work actually feels &quot;good&quot;. Just getting the blood flowing after sitting and working on the computer feels great.

I&#039;ve also found consistent exercise has allowed me to work longer with out getting tired.</description>
