It was somewhat disheartening to hear Starbucks would be closing 600 stores only because I continue to hope they will bring at least ONE store to Fairbanks (AK). I love supporting our local cafes, but the truth is that there is nowhere to get a reliably good cup of coffee AND internet access.

I hope that one day I get to use those 2 hours of free internet time my affinity card entitles me to. Until then, I'll wait until the next time I'm in Anchorage.
