Moo Does Business Cards at Last

June 25th, 2008 (9:00am) Mike Gunderloy 7 Comments

ScreenshotMany web workers have gone the non-traditional route with their business cards, and opted for the cute, colorful Moo cards instead. Well, very soon you can have your Web 2.0 goodness and your traditional business cards, as Moo has announced those as their next product.

According to our parent GigaOM, this is a good sign that a Web 2.0 company can grow up, listen to its customers, and still not be boring. As an added bonus, you can opt to buy your new Moo business cards on 100% recycled stock. And they still come with the option to have up to 50 different images in a pack of 50 cards, so you can play with the cool kids and still look OK to those boring business adult types.

This is great to hear. I love Moo’s products and the options that they give buyers, but always thought it was a letdown that they didn’t have regular business cards as well.

Now I don’t have to worry about that anymore. I’ll probably end up checking them out when it comes time to order my first set.

I love moo cards *because* they are smaller than the standard biz card. But I guess it hurts no one to have the option of the usual size. :)

This is good news, but I do get way more attention with the mini-cards.

I’ve had good experience with Vista Print so far and it was cheap.

Nice, but holy crap…$21.99 for 50? and people are complaining about $4/gallon gas?

I’ve never heard of Moo before. $21.99 seems a little steep for “business cards”. I guess I’ll have to investigate to see what exactly these are.

I actually use the smaller Moo cards for business. They get a great response from any client I hand them to.

Handing out ‘normal’ business cards just doesn’t differentiate you from any other person. At least they’ll remember me from my Moo card! :)
