Do any of these integrate with StumbleUpon, so that you can make each Headline + TinyURL post as a blog entry on your SU account also?

I, too, have found Ping.fm to be a great tool. Ping has a Twitter handle (@pingfm) and their Twitter web page often has the latest beta code: http://twitter.com/pingfm

Great information. I just began using ping.fm a few days ago as well as twitterfeed. Both are very handy tools to increase market reach.

Thanks so much for including ShareThis in your post. I loved all the definitions, and we are thrilled to have been included as passive SABT. We just released several updates and new features, look forward to everyone's feedback.

Apostolos - Yes, you've definitely pointed out the perils of this kind of massive cross-posting. I have been worried about that happening but so far, haven't seen any complaints or drop offs of friends or followers due to that. What I have found is that by strategically setting up a presence on varied services that are relevant instead of setting up an account on every service in the space helps keep that kind of "spamming" to a minimum. For example, MySpace and Facebook tend to reach different audiences these days. But Twitter, Jaiku, Pownce and now Plurk have a lot more crossover.

I avoid this on Twitter by having 3 accounts - each covering a totally different are: alizasherman is my day-to-day one; babyfruit is my mommy twitter; and cybergrrloh is my second life twitter account. Hmmmm...why am I starting to feel schizophrenic?

SABTs might become the new "spam" generators, considering that you may befriend someone who is using them in more than one social networks. Then, when he posts a new update, you 'll be updated once for each social network you 're connected to him!

And for sites like Facebook there are lots of various apps that will pull your feeds in for you. Keeping your Facebook page up-to-date without any extra work. I have the Twitter App to pull my tweets and "Blog RSS Feed Reader" for my two blogs (it can pull up to 5 feeds). I'm not sure how I would categorize these, but probably passive.

One of my friends introduced me to Ping.fm over the weekend. It can also be considered an active SABT.
