I highly recommend PayCycle and in fact utilize their service for all my clients. I would recommend contact my firm to get you started with PayCycle. We can offer long-term discounts to their service that they don't offer directly to the public at large.

I have used paycycle.com for about 5 years now and they are GREAT! Very easy to use and the cost for what you get is amazing. It is a little more hands on then Paychex etc but it is very easy to use. Direct Deposit, tax payments, contractors, everything all in one low monthly price.

I highly recommend PayCycle.

After researching Intuit (Online and Quickbooks Payroll), ADP (RUN and EasyPay), SurePayroll and PayChex, I found PayCycle to provide the biggest bang for the buck. Once you're set up, payroll only takes a couple minutes to knock out (for federal and state) and the price is right.

I chose PayCycle because it handles everything. The problem with Intuit is that it doesn't support states. Which means you have to use pen and paper. Not good.
