		<description>Now I gotta call shenanigans on this one - that site stinks.  It appears to be nothing more than a glorified ping and some adsense ads thrown on it.  Show my some real tools that will check my sites and services, preferably automated ones.  There is very, very little meat to this post at all - you barely even gave me a veggie or bread.
