Zoho CRM Goes Enterprise

April 16th, 2008 (9:00am) Mike Gunderloy No Comments

ScreenshotZoho has just announced an “enterprise” version of their customer relations management product. The new version adds a fairly sophisticated role-based security capability to the sales and marketing features that were already present, with a hierarchy of roles and permissions down to the field level.

The new release continues Zoho’s attempt to stake out an online space as the provider of both business applications (like Zoho CRM and Zoho People) and personal productivity applications like Zoho Writer and Zoho Sheet. Moving forward, the company intends increased integration between the business and productivity applications, as well as the extension of their single sign-on system to encompass all of their software.
