Jiffle tackles a problem known to many service-oriented web workers: letting clients schedule a block of time without back-and-forth emails or tedious phone calls. It’s a two-part solution, consisting of a Microsoft Outlook add-in (supporting Outlook 2002 through 2007 on Windows XP or Vista) and a web site. You use the add-in to mark which blocks of your time are available (including different availability for different groups of clients), and then they use the web site to send you meeting requests, which you can approve or deny.

Basic Jiffle service is free but limited to scheduling ten meetings per month; optional plans add additional meeting confirmations, company branding, and ad removal. On the plus side, the Outlook integration makes them easy to use. If you’re on a non-Outlook platform, you might want to look at other ways to web-enable your schedule.
