PamFax: Pay-as-you-go Faxing

PamFax offers worldwide fax services from your desktop, with no subscription fee. They do this by implementing per-fax pricing, with payment integration to Skype Credit, PayPal, or Amazon Payments. If you’ve already got a Skype or Amazon account, this means payment is trivially simple.
The software (Windows only) integrates directly with Office 2003 and 2007, and also functions as a printer driver so you can fax from any application that can print. Pricing varies depending on the destination; for the USA and much of Europe it’s € 0.17 per page.
