We switched to Google Sites (a pretty quick port over, our wiki wasn't huge) on launch, and it's been like night and day for our non-technical users, possibly because we're heavy google apps users already. When is google going to integrate project management and CRM into apps, then they can own all of my data. I welcome our Google overlords!
