I've tried Ikordo but prefer www.TimeBridge.com, which I'm surprised didn't make it into this list. TimeBridge is also free and automatically finds the best time for a group of people to meet but in addition, it integrates with your Outlook or Google Calendar--Ikordo does not. Keeping all my contacts and meetings in one space is super helpful. TimeBridge is awesome in that regard, I'm loving it.

These two apps are perfect for my small business!!! We've got Mac's and PCs.... and we've been long looking for something easy, inexpensive and reliable. I also noticed the new viewer that yugma just released. That's a really nice new feature.... especially for quick simple customer presentation and proposals. I give it 2 thumbs up!
