What I have been doing is to drop a mailing list or RSS every week. With my feedreader approaching triple digits, I think I need to start dropping 2 or 3 every week now, don't worry WWD will stay on it for a long time.

I have been trying to minimize my web activity lately to focus more on the core aspects and developments of my company. These are great tips I will try. One I would like to add is establishing what is most important.

Almost everything a web worker is involved in online has some benefit but using all at once will minimize the benefit of each. Instead focusing all (or most) of your energy on one or few can really free up time and be more effective in the long run.
