		<description>Tweak UI??? that is the all important xp/vista hack that required an email notification? If that is the best hack you have then you are severly lacking. 
You just might want to re-take the intro to hacking (aka programing) 101 for the nth time.</description>

		<description>Thank you for sharing this gem of a program.  I have been a user of Microsoft&#039;s Tweak UI since Win 95 days.  This version for Vista by Totalidea is reason enough for Microsoft to seriously consider acquiring the company.  It&#039;s just that good.  Thank you Sam for writing about it.
