For me, it is more calm and easy to start my day with a clear and uncluttered desktop. At home, again my desktop are uncluttered only to contra with a big slap cheesy landscape potrait of myself taken during a day trip, depicting my joyous time spent with friends. And finally, I have various stickers behind the smoky-glass doors on my desk.
