Having worked in the Acoustic Safety Market for a number of years the BT Headset of choice has to be the Qstik Evoq. Bi-directional Noise Cancellation, Speech Level Enhancement, Echo Cancellation, Acoustic Shock Protection, Speech Recognition, Stereo Streeming through attachable earbuds and it delivers exceptional voice quality, music streaming and Skype use. For under $100 this is the best I have used. See legit reviews if you need a second opinion.

I swear by my "Logitech USB Headset 250" and it's great: easy setup, good sound and quality high enough for the odd podcast I create. If you have large ears though, these may be too small. There is also a slightly more expensive version, the "Premium USB Headset 350" which has a volume control on the cord and nicer fake-leather 'ear muffs'.

Nokia BH-200 Bluetooth headset around the house. Jabra BT150 in the car. The Nokia is particularly comfortable as it had a bendy rubbery plastic earpiece which fits snugly around the ear. I find the controls of the Jabra (pick up call, change volume etc) more intuitive on the Jabra.

The Plantronics CS50 has treated me pretty well. It's a wireless USB headset which is great for making Skype calls from the office. The cradle is nice because it keeps it charged.

Although, I find myself wishing it was bluetooth so I could take it with me on the road.

I hope you find someone to review the CS70. I have been looking hard at that and the Voyager 510SL, their Bluetooth one. The latter allows you to use one headset to answer landline and cell phone calls (even a VOIP option) but it looks like the CS70 has considerably better range. Hard to find a good comparison though. Anyone used either system?

I use the Logitech headset for Playstation 2 (available on Amazon as B00008KXG5). I saw it mentioned in a forum years ago, and use it now on my MacBook with Parallels, and Cisco VOIP apps like IP Communicator.
