I guess if you work inside a virtual machine in full screen like I do, the clock can actually act as your procrastinator's clock. I'd set it fast by about 10 minutes (but never know exactly by how much) so I wouldn't know if I had enough time for a few more minutes sleep in the morning. I normally got me out of bed earlier than otherwise. I still set my watch about 5 minutes fast, in the hope that I won't be late for meetings.
