MyBlogLog, a virtual company, sold to Yahoo

Imagine having a virtual company and then selling the company after two years in operation to Yahoo for an undisclosed amount. Seems like a nice ending, and a new beginning, for the five person operation with 45,000 members that has been running virtually from all points in the US. The CEO met the co-founders via LinkedIn. Om has the details over at GigaOm, and as he mentions, this could be one of the first few virtual company acquisitions to date.
We will soon update the post after chatting with the CEO about how they web-worked.
