How to use Skype on your RAZR

January 9th, 2007 (9:39am) Om Malik No Comments

News You Can Use: iSkoot, a Cambridge, Mass-based start-up has released a client software that you can download on your Motorola RAZR3 and connect to your Skype account to make and receive calls remotely. Motorola SLVR and v557 devices are also capable of using the software.

You can use SkypeOut to make calls and also make free calls to your Skype buddies. This is a helpful utility for web workers who often find themselves without WiFi or Internet access, but still want to conduct their business via Skype. The software also works on Symbian phones. Installation is fairly easy – an SMS message lets you download the software to your mobile, or you can download the software on your PC and then transfer it to your mobile.
