		<description>There is probably room for e-mail in negotiations, such as fact finding, confirming understandings, etc. Just don&#039;t use e-mail for the entire negotiation. Negotiations involve building trust, rapport, relationships, common ground, finding solutions, and all that gets quite inconvenient to do when the communication is not in real-time.</description>
