WiFi’ng at the Airports

November 22nd, 2006 (12:16am) Om Malik 2 Comments

Fine folks at Travelpost have put together a nice guide to Wireless broadband in airports and hotels across the world.

These are fairly detailed guides, and include information about fees and coverage areas, going beyond the usual “yes, they have it” or “no they don’t.” These links are worth bookmarking, and canĀ  be quite helpful if you are traveling and looking to do some work on the go. They can also be quite handy is you are planning just check your Gmail to break up long siesta on the beach.

A similar site but with far more than just worldwide airport hotspots is at http://www.findmesomewifi.com, they’ve got over 100 000 hotspots and counting.
